Art Masterpost

Author's Note:

This was my first foray into the realm of SPN Bangs, and it was awesome.

My wonderful artist, glasslogic, created a gorgeous piece that reminded me of the covers of the classic sci-fi novels I grew up reading, and was very patient when I was feeling a little lost with this being my first time writing for something like this.

And my amazing beta (who also happens to be my sister) was a huge help in critiquing story flow, sentence structure, and character development, as well as pointing out my typos. Without her, this story would be much less coherent.

Sam and Dean in space?! Oh, I am SO THERE!!

That was pretty much my response too, when I first saw the prompt during art claims :)

Yay!!! All done and posted! I loved the story, it was fantastic <3 I had a great time working with you too and can't wait to see what else you come up with!

I have you to thank for this - when a piece of art causes a story to pop into your head fully formed, that's pretty awesome (and pretty rare, at least for me). I'm really glad I got my first pick :)

I'm glad you did too *grins* <3

Oh this was so much fun! More please! Any plans for a sequel?

Glad you liked it! I do actually have an idea for where I'd like to go with this from here, but it might be a while before I get the time to sit down and write it. Knowing someone out there would like to read a sequel is good motivation to get me writing though!
